Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand the needs of patients and their families.

• Create individualized treatment plans that may include family therapy sessions as well as one-on-one counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various concerns such as grief and loss, job stress, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate effective therapeutic interventions for issues related to alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, and interpersonal family conflicts.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring adherence to state regulations and clinic policies.

• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to integrate holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and children/adolescents. Our focus is on providing therapeutic support to families experiencing challenges such as separation and divorce, family conflicts, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must hold:

Compensation and Benefits\n
