Pay: $5,000/month base + performance-based quarterly bonuses ($10K–$50K and beyond)

Rosewell Roofing is a young, fun, and vibrant family-owned roofing company based in Hinsdale, IL. We do premium residential and commercial roofing across the Chicagoland area. We're growing fast and need driven, personable people to join our team. A lot of former athletes with a locker room feel in the office, the opposite of corporate America.

No roofing experience needed. We train you on everything you need to know to do the job and do it well. You just need to be hungry, coachable, and someone homeowners trust the moment you walk through the door.

The Role: Sales and project management, working outdoors and getting on roofs.

What We're Looking For: Self-motivated and disciplined individuals. Strong communicators who are comfortable talking to people. Presentable, professional, and resilient. Valid driver's license and insurance. Our reps have made over $400K/yr. We're looking for people who'll say "show me what I need to do to make that kind of money."

What You Get: $5,000/month from day one, even while you're training. Quarterly bonuses between $10K–$50K+ based on performance. Paid training from experienced industry professionals. A real career path as we grow that’s not a dead end.
