Senior Training Specialist

To enhance customer success initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Training Specialist will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs focused on onboarding and skill development for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers, while serving as a strategic partner and subject-matter resource across teams. Key responsibilities Own the design and delivery of onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles, ensuring alignment with service standards and tools Facilitate engaging learning experiences, adapting content and methods based on audience needs and performance gaps Analyze training effectiveness using feedback and performance data to recommend and implement improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably within digital marketing or SaaS Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer success workflows Experience with LMS/enabled platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365
