Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, needs, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic approaches, adapting techniques as required based on client responsiveness.

• Educate clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, treatments available, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Foster collaborative relationships with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
