Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Canvas Wellness, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. You will handle a variety of clinical issues, including but not limited to:

• Facilitating joint sessions for couples while also offering individual therapy.
\n
• Working with families facing challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and grief.
\n
• Addressing conflicts among family members, including sibling disputes and communication difficulties.
\n
• Supporting clients undergoing transitions such as separation, divorce, or adjustment to blended family dynamics.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices to promote emotional resiliency and family cohesion.
\n
• Documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered around couples and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. You will encounter clients navigating personal struggles, including emotional distress, relationship conflicts, and systemic family challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
