This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient facilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique requirements, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about managing mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in integrated care teams, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive client care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continually refine therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical responsibilities in all documentation and communications.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, courses, and other educational opportunities.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, working to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health while addressing their needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will have the chance to work not only with individuals but also with groups such as refugees, the homeless, and survivors of domestic abuse, providing critical mental health support to those most in need. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
