Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorder symptoms, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote wellness.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated mental health care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapy practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Therapeutic Health Institute, you will primarily work with clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. A significant portion of our client base is engaged in recovery from addiction and other co-occurring conditions. Your role will involve developing therapeutic relationships that instill trust and encourage clients to share their experiences and challenges.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
