Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources, providing insights that inform treatment strategies.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapy goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assessing risk factors and creating safety plans to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.
