Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to drive regional HR initiatives and align talent strategies with business goals. You will partner with Recruiting, lead succession planning and monitor turnover across the region to optimize workforce effectiveness.
