This full-time position spans from August 13th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027, with hours from 8:30 am to 4 pm. You'll play a vital part in helping young learners develop crucial communication skills, making a profound impact each day.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting highly desired
• Ability to develop and implement engaging therapy plans for elementary-aged students
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Document progress and maintain meticulous records in accordance with school guidelines
• Provide consultative services and training to educators and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication strategies in the school environment
