Location: Richardson, TX

What You'll Do:

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
• Apply incoming payments and maintain customer account records
• Monitor aging accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Perform collections activities through phone, email, and written correspondence
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare account statements
• Process labor sheet data entry, scanning, and invoice documentation
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
• Prepare aging reports and provide collection updates to management
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, billing, or accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with ERP systems preferred (M1 experience is a plus; training provided) • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
