Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. The specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, and support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate recruitment records, communicating with candidates throughout the process, and supporting onboarding activities. The role also involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs and continuously improving recruiting processes to support company growth. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proficiency in Hiring processes, including offer management and collaboration with hiring managers on selection decisions. Skills in Interviewing, with the ability to assess qualifications and cultural add in a structured, consistent manner. Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization through job postings, social media, and candidate engagement activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard HR/recruiting tools and platforms. Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Previous experience recruiting in financial services, payments, or related industries, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
