Document Processing Specialist

*Description*

Document Imaging Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Document Processing Specialist to support a high-volume document imaging and mail processing operation. This role is responsible for receiving, opening, sorting, processing, and scanning incoming documents for financial advisors while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC, five days per week.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable performing both physical document handling and computer-based processing tasks.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong data entry and keyboarding abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to consistently start work by 8:00 AM.
Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
