The Opportunity 

We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and proactive Logistic & Account Coordinator to join our team. 

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building relationships . You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer—while keeping accounts and data accurate and up to date. 

 

What you will be doing  

• Coordinate daily shipping schedules and keep logistics data updated 
• Process orders, arrange transportation, manage inventory
• Monitor in-bound shipments and track containers to ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers 
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and find quick, effective solutions 
• Build strong relationships with customers/partners 
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and update reports and documentation with precision

 

What you bring  

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field 
• ⏱️ 2–3 years of experience in logistics, knowledge of retailers platforms considered an important asset: Walmart RetailLink and Target POL
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
