Project Manager

Project Manager, Pool Renovations Blue Water Pools of Connecticut is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential swimming pool renovation projects from initial estimate through final completion. This position is ideal for someone with strong project management, customer service, and organizational skills who enjoys managing multiple projects and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Pool industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with construction, project management, or related experience. Responsibilities Manage pool renovation projects from estimate approval through project completion. Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project. Conduct site visits and project inspections as needed. Track project timelines, budgets, and progress. Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams. Coordinate material orders and deliveries. Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards. Assist with estimating and change orders when necessary. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications Previous project management, construction management, or related experience preferred. Pool industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
