Palliative Home Care Team Manager
VITAS Healthcare
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Team Manager in Dallas, TX, to lead the Patient Care Team. This role includes supervising team members, ensuring continuity of care, and managing various team services 24/7. The Team Manager will be responsible for quality improvement activities and regulatory compliance, along with staff management and professional development. A Bachelor's degree and a valid R.N.
