Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, documenting their medical history and physical capabilities to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Administering personalized therapeutic interventions that include hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality treatments aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing functional mobility.
• Regularly tracking and documenting patient progress to adjust treatment plans dynamically, ensuring each patient achieves their specific physical therapy goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—including orthopedic physicians, sports medicine specialists, and other healthcare providers—to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.
• Educating patients about injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and effective self-care practices to ensure sustainable recovery and long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to develop rapport with patients will be crucial as you guide them through each stage of the rehabilitation process. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates are required to possess:

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, complying with all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying evidence-based practices in assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries.

Compensation and Benefits
