Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities, needs, and goals, and develop individualized treatment plans designed for optimal recovery.
• Implement effective therapy interventions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, proper body mechanics, and preventive health measures to promote long-term wellness.
• Reduce reliance on medication by advocating for non-invasive treatment options and collaborating with patients to pursue alternatives to surgery.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring effective communication with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse client base, including post-surgical patients, athletes, elderly individuals, and those who have experienced trauma. Your role will be critical in helping them regain functionality and improve their overall health through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of diverse treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols.
• A commitment to maintaining an impeccable professional record, free from disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy, or similar fields will be highly valued. Experience working with a varied patient demographic is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and continuing education opportunities.
