Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and assessments of each patient's needs.
• Utilize orthopedic protocols and techniques to deliver effective physical therapy treatments, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
• Supervise and guide physical therapist assistants in delivering care that aligns with established professional standards, ensuring conformity to best practices.
• Track patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, keeping meticulous records that adhere to compliance regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, pain management strategies, and prevention techniques to enhance recovery and improve overall health.
• Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with fellow healthcare providers, sharing insights regarding patient care and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals with various orthopedic conditions requiring specialized rehabilitation services. You will work predominantly with those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or disorders related to the musculoskeletal system, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases. Your role plays a critical part in empowering our patients to regain independence, enhance their quality of life, and return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; candidates with a Master's degree will be prioritized.
• An active state license or certification in physical therapy is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• Exceptional skills in patient assessment, care planning, and treatment methodologies specific to orthopedic therapy are crucial.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation facility is preferred.

• CPR certification is preferred unless superseded by Tria Orthopedics' policies.

Compensation and Benefits
