Technical Recruiter

In this role, you'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs Source and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resources Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Manage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Participate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech community This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and desires a career path in sales.
