Job Description

Duties include developing an Annual Training Plan, performing budget execution tasks, managing administrative office procedures, coordinating individual mobilizations augmentation program, and overseeing performance reports and awards & recognition programs.

Requirements

Conditions of employment include completing an online questionnaire, U.S. citizenship requirement, Selective Service registration for males, possible permanent change of station (PCS) with direct deposit requirement, subject to DoD Priority Placement Program, disclosure of political appointments, requirement to work irregular shifts/duty hours and overtime, occasional travel requirement, need to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance, recall to duty possibility, and safeguarding personal data under the Privacy Act of 1974.

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must meet specialized experience requirements, education, or a combination of both. Knowledge and skills in military organizational structure, training programs, accounting & financial policies, analysis and administration of financial and MPA/RPA budget, information collection and analysis, effective communication, and use of office automation software are necessary. Part-time or unpaid experience and volunteer work may also be considered.
