Director of Strategic Finance

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Finance for an exciting consulting opportunity with a company in North Austin. This onsite role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, provide high-level financial insight, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk. Develop polished reporting and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Support strategic finance initiatives, ad hoc analysis, and high-visibility business projects. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations. Requirements : 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a strong focus on revenue and business performance. Previous experience within a private equity-backed software or SaaS organization. Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights confidently to senior leaders.
