Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

10% Shift Differential | 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM | Overtime Available

At TruCut, quality is more than inspection. It's built into every part we manufacture. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping ensure our customers receive products that meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

Perform product inspections and verify quality requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use measuring and inspection equipment.
Investigate quality issues and help implement solutions.
Partner with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Support ISO quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
Blueprint reading experience.
Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment.
Experience with ISO 9001, MSA, or calibration systems.
Microsoft Office experience; ERP or CAD experience is a plus.
