Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health needs and establish tailored therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions with clients experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, employing effective therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Provide couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics, resolving communication barriers, and navigating familial conflicts.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans that outline specific objectives, interventions, and expected outcomes to track clients’ progress effectively.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate mental health support, ensuring timely response and assistance to clients in acute distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available coping mechanisms, and various resources for additional support.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements.

• Comply with all ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing the practice of counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all stages of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
