Part-Time Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper

We are a growing U.S.-based bookkeeping business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to join our team long-term.

This position will start at **10+ hours per week**, with hours expected to grow as you become familiar with our client accounts, processes, and workflow and are able to take on additional accounts and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Weekly categorization and review of transactions in QuickBooks Online
* Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
* Maintain accurate Charts of Accounts
* Identify missing information, unusual transactions, duplicates, and potential errors
* Prepare and review cash-basis Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
* Follow established bookkeeping procedures and month-end checklists
* Communicate questions clearly and promptly
* Assist with additional bookkeeping tasks as you become familiar with our clients

**Qualifications**

* 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
* Strong understanding of cash-basis bookkeeping
* Strong bank and credit card reconciliation skills
* Experience managing multiple bookkeeping clients/accounts strongly preferred
* Experience working with U.S.-based businesses preferred
* Strong written and spoken English
* Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear rather than guessing
* Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace

**Position Details**

* Starting pay: **$8 USD/hour**
* Starting hours: **10+ hours/week**
* Long-term position with opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities
* Remote position; applicants must be located in the Philippines
