We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Caffiend The Bushwick Dispensary. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist with staff supervision, training, and scheduling. Manage inventory and ensure product availability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment. Ensure strict compliance with local and state cannabis regulations. Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving operational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in a retail or customer service management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks. Experience: Required Employment: Part-time Schedule: Sunday- Saturday Salary: $18 – $20 hourly Benefits: Tips included but must be split with budtender on shift Starting time: Immediate start!
