Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses for clients and formulate tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring consistent client engagement and support.
\n
• Document all sessions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case reviews in accordance with company policies and clinical standards.

• Engage in creative intervention strategies to enhance client engagement and goal achievement, fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered and supported.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, school staff, and family members, to coordinate comprehensive care services.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development to cultivate a progressive team culture.

• Contribute positively to the overall team environment, promoting collaboration and camaraderie among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license is required for this position.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation practices, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

• Demonstration of stable and appropriate boundaries when working with clients.
\n
• Experience and comfort working with a diverse range of clients and presenting issues.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Middle Blossom Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a stable salary, we provide:
