Regulatory Documentation Specialist - Contract

Position Type: 6 month contract Pay: $25-$30 (based on experience) Location: Brecksville, OH Overview We're seeking a contract professional to support our Performance Coatings Product Stewardship team by strengthening self-service tools that provide fast, reliable access to product regulatory information. In this role, you'll evaluate product compositions against applicable regulatory and legislative lists to produce standard regulatory documentation, including Product Regulatory Summaries and routine regulatory letters.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Partner with the Product Stewardship and Product Platform teams to improve and expand standard regulatory documentation offerings.
• Review and assess product portfolios/compositions against a variety of regulatory and legislative lists that drive standardized documentation.
• Use internal and external systems to perform required regulatory analyses and compile results into approved formats.
• Generate consistent, high-quality documentation such as Product Regulatory Summaries and other standard regulatory letters.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation standards and processes.
• Chemistry or Science background a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently in a contract assignment.
