Basic Function As part of the Capital Markets Fund Management team, the Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful and timely execution of financing for the company. This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of financings, including tax equity, project finance debt, and corporate debt. As part of collaborative deal teams, the Analyst / Senior Analyst will focus on work streams such as loan draws, letters of credit, surety bonds issuances, capital provider due diligence, and deal documentation. This role has the scope to take on more responsibility over time, with the vision that the person ultimately manages financings. We are seeking a person who is proactive, who identifies and addresses opportunities and challenges. The successful candidate will collaborate closely across the company; help to improve company processes; and contribute to our positive culture. Responsibilities Lead loan draws and letters of credit and surety bond issuances, support processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation. Overcome issues and help drive execution to achieve financial close. Build and maintain deep relationships across the company and externally (Independent Engineers, Lenders, and Tax Equity Investors). Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including Development, Procurement, Construction, Asset Management, Finance and Legal. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes. Be part of our open and positive culture. Maintain uncompromising business ethics. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, law or related field Candidates with previous experience working at a legal firm, sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in power/infrastructure/real estate will be an advantage. Good knowledge of loan documentation preferred. Ownership mentality; comfort with speaking up and taking the initiative. Self-motivated to do high-quality work. Avid learner Collegial Location San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO. Hybrid. Base Pay $80,000 - $130,000 The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay. Total rewards may also include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
