Business Solutions Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Employment Type: W2 Contract Pay Range: $50 - $53 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a skilled business analyst with strong experience in business process modeling, requirements management, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and enterprise application solutions such as Dynamics 365. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead business analysis efforts throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-enabled improvements. Create and maintain current-state ( As-Is ) and future-state ( To-Be ) process documentation. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and define project objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and solution recommendations. Support the design, development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment phases of projects. Manage and maintain requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts within Azure DevOps . Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Conduct system, integration, user acceptance, performance, and reliability testing activities. Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, process diagrams, training materials, and user guides. Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations following implementation. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and solution design. Minimum 3 years of experience documenting business processes using industry-standard modeling techniques. Minimum 3 years of experience managing requirements and development lifecycle activities using Azure DevOps . Minimum 3 years of experience evaluating, optimizing, and documenting business processes using Dynamics 365 and Azure-based solutions. Dynamics 365 implementation or enhancement experience. Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent). Experience leading process reengineering initiatives. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management efforts.
