What You'll Do
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team members
Process expense reports and support travel-related logistics
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential financial documents
Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling, and administrative support as needed
Coordinate internal meetings, recruiting activities, and client-facing events
Reserve conference rooms, order catering, prepare materials, and support event logistics
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders
Support client service initiatives through operational and administrative assistance
Partner with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or corporate support role
Recent graduates with strong internship or office experience are encouraged to apply
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism
