All schedules include at least one weekend day. You don't have to chase leads, dial by hand, or figure it out alone. We've built the system — we need the people to run it. $20.00 per hour to start. That means you walk in every shift with a full queue, the right tools, and a clear playbook. Your job is to connect with customers, book the work, and deliver the kind of experience people remember. Why Goettl: $20/hour to start — with multiple incentive programs on top of that Real income growth opportunity within your first 90 days based on performance AI-powered tools handle the heavy lifting — you focus on the customer, not the busywork Inbound calls and outbound dialing are both automated — you're supported, not scrambling Clear promotion path: CXR I through CXR IV with defined performance milestones Ongoing paid training — we keep you sharp on every product, service, and promotion What You'll Do: Handle inbound calls — book appointments, answer questions, deliver a great experience every time Work outbound campaigns using our automated dialer — reach current and prospective customers Sell Goettl's Sadie Preventative Maintenance Program and cross-sell additional services Set up accounts, enter detailed notes, and keep every interaction documented in the system Stay current on all active promotions, pricing, and service offerings across all markets Be the voice of Goettl — professional, knowledgeable, and focused on solving the customer's problem What We Need: 1+ year of customer service experience- comfortable with AI Call center experience preferred Sales-oriented mindset — you're comfortable asking for the booking Strong communicator — clear, professional, and calm under pressure Computer proficient — you can navigate multiple applications simultaneously Typing speed of 30+ WPM Reliable and punctual — attendance matters here Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer If you're good on the phone, motivated by performance, and want a company that has the tools to back you up — this is worth your time.
