As a Sales Manager , you'll be at the forefront of driving sales for our innovative activity monitoring systems and parlor technologies . You'll work closely with large dairy producers across California (with a smaller focus on Arizona) , building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance animal welfare, sustainability, and profitability .

Location
Ideally, you'll be based in California's Central Valley , where the majority of our customers and cows are located but were flexible on specific location.

️ Travel
This role is customer-facing, with most travel day-to-day to farms . Expect around 4050% overnight travel , depending on how far you are from your customer base.

What you'll do

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and build a thriving pipeline

• Deliver in-person presentations and product demonstrations at farms, conferences, and trade events

• Tailor solutions to dairy producers needs and negotiate contracts

• Collaborate with global teams in the US, Canada, and Israel

• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

About you

• Background in agriculture (degree preferred) with practical on-farm experience

• Knowledge of dairy cow reproduction, nutrition, and herd management

• Strong B2B sales experience with an existing network of large dairy producers

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites
