Hybrid schedule with 3 days on site, or 100% on-site in Minneapolis, MN Our Financial Services client out of Golden Valley, MN is seeking 2 Consultants to support their Variable and Fixed Annuity Business. These are open due to onboarding consultants permanently, and new business growth within the organization. Team size in Golden Valley is around 10 employees that are supporting the large processing team offshore. Really need to have Excel skills, pull reports, slice and dice, create tasks, close tasks, monitor them. Pulling reports through Excel from large database. Sort and filter data, color code. Identify tasks. Then focus on timely responses for the team to complete the tasks. Prioritizing work load. Responding to India, this is the money that needs to get out the door in a specific timeline. Self-motivated candidates, running low on work? Ask for more! There will be employees reaching out to this team to ask and verify processing questions. If they were looking at going permanent on the variable side they would require a securities registration. Salesforce is the company CRM that used for creating cases. Reviewing and approving signatures, updating personal data, in order to process. Clarifications process, no phone work. Our candidates need to like change! There are tasks that need to be addressed, then go back to the work that you were originally supporting. Questions coming to the team if they can or can’t complete a task, lots of research involved. Performance Metrics – Large variety of tasks/requests coming in from current Annuities. (Each task can take as little as 5 mins to as long as 45 mins) Looking to create “what good looks like”. Right now, it’s given to them daily. Just show activity and ask for additional work when completed. Training – L&D conversation. Should be a mix of L&D as well as Side by side’s, not a classroom. It will be a process of 4+ weeks that will need to be onsite, to get trained in properly. Then Hybrid 3 days onsite. Hours 8am to 5pm, flexible with a later start.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
