Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Location: Sam's Club #4837, 201 Bass Pro Blvd, Denham Springs, LA 70726-5570 Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus performance‑based bonuses and premiums) Schedule: Full time, shifts may vary Position Summary Prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for members, following recipes and ensuring rotisserie chicken is warm and ready. They wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food according to item specifications. Maintain high‑quality products in the prepared foods area. Ensure shelves are clean, monitor temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures. Handle claims, returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Work effectively with cross‑functional teams and assist other associates. Apply food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
