Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses to develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic modalities such as exercise regimens, hands-on manipulation techniques, and functional movement training to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Regularly document patient progress and response to treatment, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care through multilateral communication.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, pain management strategies, and the use of assistive devices like walkers and braces.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and staying informed about industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with possession of a Doctorate degree (DPT) highly preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Competency in utilizing computer systems and software for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Harbor Trinity Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
