Work Environment

This position is onsite and primarily involves working directly with patients in their homes. The flexibility to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday allows you to respond promptly to your patients' needs while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and determine the best course of action for treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing physical exercises, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize tools and methodologies such as therapeutic modalities, movement analysis, and gait training to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain effectively.
• Document patient treatments accurately, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient feedback and recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and the importance of active participation in their recovery.
• Provide training on the use of any prescribed assistive devices, ensuring patients and caregivers feel confident and knowledgeable.
• Attend regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population composed of children and adults recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions. Our goal is to enhance their mobility and overall quality of life through tailored therapy plans. By establishing strong therapeutic relationships, you will empower patients to achieve their personal rehabilitation milestones, regain independence, and improve their day-to-day functioning.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid PT license in the State of New Jersey.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and scheduling.
• A strong commitment to continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care setting.
• Experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and adapting treatment approaches to varied patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
