Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your role will include a range of responsibilities designed to enhance patient recovery and independence. You will:

• Create and maintain detailed clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with OASIS documentation standards.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team, engaging in case conferences to discuss and refine patient care strategies.
• Educate clients and their families regarding therapy techniques, home exercises, and the usage of therapeutic devices.
• Stay accessible to assist Physical Therapy Assistants while they provide client care, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of care strategies and patient engagement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
