This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialized orthopedic care to a diverse patient population, focusing on optimizing function, independence, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services, employing advanced techniques and methodologies tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with the latest clinical best practices and standards.
• Guide and monitor physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established protocols.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities to facilitate rehabilitation, reduce pain, and restore mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and adjusting care plans as appropriate to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary discussions to coordinate care and share insights that contribute to holistic treatment approaches.
• Participate in patient education programs, empowering clients and their families with knowledge and strategies to enhance recovery and prevent re-injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will provide care to a broad spectrum of patients, including adolescents, adults, and older adults, with particular emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active state licensure or certification to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy settings, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Proficient in conducting patient evaluations, care planning, and implementing treatment protocols effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in CPR and First Aid, although this may vary based on organizational policy.
