Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient needs.
• Utilize a wide range of orthopedic physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to treat musculoskeletal conditions.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and optimizing patient care.
• Conduct patient evaluations to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support a culture of safety and compassionate care that aligns with Tria's mission and enhances patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic conditions affecting a broad age range, from adolescents to seniors. You will work with patients experiencing post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. Your expertise in orthopedic therapy will empower patients to reclaim their independence and improve their overall quality of life through targeted rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure or certification in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience specializing in orthopedic physical therapy is essential.
• Proficiency in patient evaluation, care planning, and evidence-based intervention strategies specific to orthopedic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and their support networks.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
