Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs upon their initial visit.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities specific to orthopedic care.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Employ conventional and innovative physical therapy methods, including dry needling or kinesiology taping, to assist in pain relief and recovery.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home programs, injury prevention strategies, and post-rehabilitation care to foster ongoing wellness.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
