Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Unit, located in Princeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

You will be working in an onsite rehabilitation facility with a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing a structured work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and tools to facilitate effective treatment strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing assessments and patient histories to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment protocols focusing on evidence-based practices and continually adapt as necessary based on real-time patient feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, recognizing changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate adjustments to their care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities, including detailed treatment notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations, to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing communication with co-workers, patients, and family members to foster an environment of trust and transparency.
• Participate actively in facility meetings and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the rehabilitation unit.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and degenerative conditions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges posed by these diverse patient populations and a commitment to providing tailored care that maximizes outcomes and enhances patient quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and treatment modalities, along with a demonstrated ability to develop creative treatment plans, will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
