Work Environment

This role requires direct, onsite interaction with patients in their homes. Our therapists have the flexibility to choose their own hours, typically working Monday to Friday, which allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize multiple treatment modalities, including exercise protocols, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment, to facilitate recovery and improve functional capacity.
• Document patient outcomes and treatment processes in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies, ensuring that progress is tracked accurately.
• Regularly reassess and adjust therapeutic goals based on patient feedback and clinical observations, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs.
• Fit and recommend appropriate assistive devices as required, providing training to patients and caregivers on optimal usage for maximum benefit.
• Engage with patients, families, and other health professionals to deliver cohesive treatment and support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of physical therapy processes and goals.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge through continuous education, attending workshops, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications
