Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize their unique life experiences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals, regularly measuring their progress for ongoing adjustment of treatment strategies and methods.

• Utilize innovative teletherapy tools to provide virtual counseling, ensuring accessibility to clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer remote services.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards, contributing to high-quality care and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license from the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
