Join Our Team at Healing Spaces Psychological Services!Position: Staff TherapistLocation: Hybrid travel to one or multiple schools in St. Louis County, our main office in Clayton, MO, and Telehealth. As we prepare for an upcoming partnership with an agency, we are looking for people to do in-person therapy at local schools.Status: W2-Employee (Options for part-time, part-time to transition into full-time, and full-time/salaried)About UsHealing Spaces is a group private practice located in Clayton, MO. Candidates must be independently or provisionally licensed (LPC, PLPC, LMSW, LCSW). We are looking for someone to begin in approximately October 2026.Terms of EmploymentCompensation: Rates start for fully licensed staff starting at $57+/hour, depending on experience, for clinical work.Caseload: Includes individual and group therapy, approximately 2022 clinical hours/week.Desired QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.A strong, demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, and our practice values.Experience working in school settings preferred.Comfort navigating school environments and working within a multidisciplinary team (teachers, counselors, administrators).Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.Commitment to high ethical standards regarding documentation and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesConduct intake assessments, provide compassionate therapy to individuals, groups and/or families, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.Actively participate in staff meetings and peer consultations to foster our collaborative environment.Collaborate with school staff, counselors, and administrators to support students' mental health needs within the school setting.Coordinate care between school-based and outpatient services as needed.Travel between school sites to provide direct, in-person therapy during the school day.Conduct risk assessments and safety planning when clinically indicated.Follow mandated reporting requirements and school district policies for reporting abuse, neglect, or imminent risk to self or others.Coordinate with school staff (counselors, administrators, nurses) during safety or crisis situations to ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.BenefitsFlexibility: Schedule your hours to accommodate your personal and professional needs.Support: Malpractice insurance, scheduling assistance, EMR access, and provided parking.Financial: We cover licensure renewal fees.Future Security: PTO and 401K with employer match for all employees.Health: Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available for full-time employees.Growth: Continuing Education (CE) support is available.
