About the Role
The Company is in search of a President & CEO to lead its mission-driven organization, which has a rich history of providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organization, including operations, finance, human resources, fundraising, marketing, and long-range planning. This role requires a visionary executive with a strong background in nonprofit operations, finance, and fundraising, and the ability to steward the organization into its next era of impact. Key responsibilities for the President & CEO include financial oversight and sustainability, board and governance support, organizational leadership and strategy, and external relations to raise the visibility and influence of the organization. Applicants for the President & CEO position at the company should have extensive executive-level experience, a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, and a proven track record in fundraising and donor engagement. The role demands a leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to lead complex organizations and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a background in organizational management, including operations, finance, and human resources, and be proficient in Microsoft Office with familiarity in fundraising software. The President & CEO will also be expected to foster a culture of philanthropy, ensure strong financial transparency, and lead the organization in a way that is aligned with its mission, vision, and values.
