NSPA GEM-T Program Integrator

Program Integrator – Patriot Missile GEM‑T Position located in Tewksbury, MA. Onsite role with required active U.S. Secret security clearance. What You Will Do Serve as primary liaison between COMLOG and NSPA, ensuring programmatic requirements are identified, addressed, and followed through to resolution. Identify and track program and technical risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation solutions. Seek opportunities for program improvements and support broader team in developing and implementing processes such as CORE projects. Collaborate with key customer stakeholders and participate in meetings as required. Support domestic and international travel as needed. Qualifications You Must Have Typical requirement: University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience. Experience working on a project and on a cross‑functional team. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with external customer interface. Experience with Patriot product line or production contracts. Program Management Level 6 certification, and experience with program management tools, IPDS, EVMS, risk & opportunity management, IMP/IMS development. Proposal activities experience.
