Program Integrator

Program Integrator – Responsibilities Support the team in meeting program financial goals and customer requirements and expectations. Manage program execution, ongoing review of program metrics, and development and execution of corrective action plans to mitigate impact of internal and external issues. Manage program risks and opportunities. Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Have accountability for performance of the assigned contracts and tasks. Travel to domestic sites as needed. Qualifications A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Experience with Earned Value Management, risk & opportunity management, and program Estimate at Completion (EACs). Experience with cost reduction initiatives. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize daily tasks to satisfy the needs of the customer and the value stream. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal/external team members, including cross‑functional organizations. Logistics and material management, basic understanding of product sell‑off (DD250). U.S. citizenship and an active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret). Location & Employment Onsite in Andover, MA. No relocation will be provided. Travel to domestic sites as needed. Salary Range 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
