NOW HIRING: SERVICE PARTS COORDINATOR I

Henderson, NV | $20.00/HR | Full-Time

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
Overtime available and frequently required based on business needs

KEEP ORDERS MOVING. KEEP INVENTORY ACCURATE.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who knows your way around shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment ?

We're looking for a Service Parts Coordinator I to join a busy team in Henderson! You'll play an important role in making sure customer orders are processed accurately, inventory stays organized, and daily warehouse operations keep moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pick, pack, and ship customer service parts orders
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
Enter and process inventory transactions using an ERP/WMS
Support shipping and receiving activities
Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
Work with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Accounting teams
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Help ensure customer orders are accurate and shipped on time

WHAT YOU BRING

High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or logistics experience
Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
Previous ERP/WMS experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Frequent overtime is required based on business needs
