Development Associate

Manage donor records and CRM data, support donor stewardship and communications, coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, track sponsorships and donor recognition, prepare reports and materials, cultivate community and corporate relationships, and provide administrative support to advance marketing, fundraising, and organizational development goals. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Support grant preparation and reporting, conduct prospect research, maintain fundraising calendars, coordinate volunteer activities, prepare board and committee materials, reconcile donations with Finance, monitor fundraising metrics, ensure compliance with donor confidentiality and organizational policies, and assist with special projects that advance marketing, development, and community engagement initiatives. Other Information/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience; 1–3 years of nonprofit, administrative, or fundraising experience; Excellent writing and communication skills; Familiarity with donor databases/CRM systems preferred; Strong organizational and data management skills; Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
